What is wrong?

Now I´ve created a virtual directory and in the catalog /Cart_Net_MX_VB/bin/.
I have the following .dlls:
CharonCart.dll, DreamweaverCtrls.dll and the WebXelCart.dll.
Still dosn´t work!!! I´ve restarted the IIS and the computer!
I get the same message:

Strange. Look at the DLL, what is its file size? 40k or 52k?
--DreamweaverCtrls.dll, 40,0 KB (40 960 bytes)
--WebXelCart.dll, 124 KB (126 976 bytes)
--CharonCart.dll, 40,0 KB (40 960 bytes)
Has your virtual directory been set as an application root?

When I download the new .dll (should it be an .mxp-file?) and deploy file (from mac in MX. I dont have MX for my PC, yet.)
it seems to be the same .dll in the /bin-directory??
The file size is still 40k. Is it possible for you to email me
the correct file??

The security policy is new since, you know what...
It works. But there is a new problem...(...pohha...)
When I push the buttom "register" the following appears:
